Would you rather get a Mystery Dungeon Time/Darkness/Sky remake or a totally new title?

I feel like I'd prefer remakes of perfect games than risking it on a new one that could suck.

I guess the classics would be cool to play on the Switch (like basically everything else that runs acceptably), but otherwise it is whatever to me. 

 

I NEED DLC news though. And hopefully we get a date for Home integration too.

New one if t's a good game. It's been 3 gens since the last Mystery Dungeon game. 

 

However, the safer option is definitely a remake since people already know and love them. I don't think a brand new Mystery Dungeon game would perform well unless it is an actual good game. Sadly, the last entry was subpar compared to Dungeon/Darkness/Sky, and seeing how they tend to make games easier and easier, I don't think it would be a good game.

I'm kinda unsure. On the one hand, taking an already (almost) perfect game and just improving the visuals and adding the QoL improvements from Rescue Team DX (plus Megas and regionals) would be amazing and pretty much instantly make it the best game in the series and one of my favourites ever. 

 

On the other hand, we've now gone three generations with no truly new game, that's a lot of Pokémon that never got their chance to shine. So if they really took the time to make it good, I think I would actually prefer a new entry. 

 

And to be fair, aside from Gates they always delivered so far. Super had a bit of a tedious beginning and was a bit too hard imo, but aside from that it was pretty great.

They already rereleased the first two gens on the 3ds. There was never any connectivity between gens 1/2 and gens 3 - on.

Fire Red & Leaf Green are the only Pokemon games outside of the Lets Go series that I haven't played.  I would love to get the chance to play them

Something tells me if they add GB(A) games it won't be third versions or remakes.
