Also is there still a delay when u throw a pokeball before a battle starts like at the start of this vid? Igi how PLA was so smooth, but here there's a 2 second delay between throwing the pokeball to the battle starting

Yes. It is not optimized at all. Expect to get framedrops even if you're just moving the camera around even when there aren't any npc or pokes around  The delay when throwing pokeballs is still there even after the update but i think the delay became shorter or maybe I just got used to it
