If I remember correctly it was the same joke but she didn't know how it was delivered… so I'm assuming she thought it was Barbie literally getting a Pap smear or something albeit in an extremely serious tone

She is a success stan, no doubt, but the  initial teasers & trailers didn't look promising tbh.  Also, to be fair, it was after she reviewed the movie herself she started changing her tune.
