It's been working for WOW, and presumably NXT won't need to deal with all the college football pre-emptions WOW does. But let's also not act like The CW didn't sell for $0 last year (the buyers basically paid nothing and instead agreed to assume $100M of the CW's debt). It's lowkey a downgrade from USA, but it also has its benefits 1
