The fight was with Luke Perry's son (Jungle Boy), right?  I remember hearing that they issues at a recent Collison taping because Jungle Boy wanted to use real glass in a segment and Punk forced him to use fake/sugar glass.

And if that's what they're still beefing about, then I'm totally #TeamPunk.  Why would you use real glass and risk injuring yourself when people watching on TV will either not be able to tell the difference or not care??  I'm not one to use this phrase often, but some of these young wrestlers are truly marks for themselves :biblio:

I keep finding I am always #TeamPunk in these arguments

Like sorry he thought he using real glass was a bad idea Jungle Jack

Homophobic Loser can't wrestle to save his life

I enjoyed All In - in particular the second half of the show. The Moxley stuff isn't for me, I don't care for it. I thought MJF/Cole was a blast.

AEL having to rely on Paige (:rip:) and Sasha because they failed to create any star of their own in last 3/4 years

Putting yourself over real glass in 2023 as if people don't know wrasslin' is phoney baloney and to make it even worse, he's being a mark for a Collision show that gets 400k viewes and 4k people in attendance. That child should know his place and I'm glad progressive LGBT ally CM Punk put him into one :clap3:

Speaking of audiences, aEW certainly has a.... type of one demographic compared to WWE or other sport events for that matter.

AEW Half In, I wonder who is gonna have courage to spill the actual attendance numbers. Tiny Con truly bought all those bot tickets but no actual people to show up :dies:

So they didn't really sell out Wembley and that wasn't the biggest wrestling show ever?

So EWW isn't really bigger in the UK?

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes! I am glad LGBTQ ally CM Punk put that child in his place when he provoked older wrestling legend like that :sistrens:

Had to rent Wembley, sell dirt cheep tickets, distributed tickets, marketing it as biggest wrestling event ever, first time in Europe, etc. and still were only Half In

From half empty stadium in Europe back to half empty hockey arenas in Canada and United States for their weekly 800k and 400k viewership shows they go :celestial2:

I really don’t want Mercedes to wrestle for that company

I really liked All In :jonny6: hopefully they can keep it as a benchmark and build a new PPV model around it.

Whoops, looks like 67,125 was the actual attendance number for All In :sistrens:

Which is still a very good number, but not even close to 80k Tony wants to create narative that he "beat" WWE because he's a mark who is so desperate to be seen as a serious & succesful competition. :celestial6:

Which is frankly realistic when you think about those ticket sales. People who wanted to go, already bought 63k tickets in pre-sale and first week. Extra 4k were bought afterwords. The rest of 14k came from a suspicion bank account located on Jacksonvill under the name of Kony Than. Remember when All In randomly sold not more-not less but 10k after John Cena cut Wrestlemania being in London promo? Who would pay for such wildly expensive things? :sistrens:

Now back to Chicago on Wednesday's Dynamite to perform infront of 2k audience (according to WrestleTix, last time they sold 6k for Dynamite) before another game changing PPV this weekend again. :celestial2:

I don't think so.

I'd guesstimate 25k.

They had lots of empty seats.

They really tried to make Punk look bad at the start. The first few reports I saw said Punk put him in a chokehold without the bumping part, but this plus the real glass idiocy gives a lot more context to the story.

Like, what's his complaint?  That Punk wanted to create a safe work environment???  :rip:

I blame Moxley for this foolishness

They are trying to mentally and emotionally abuse and destroy CM Punk. It's disgusting. From sabotaging his transportation in London before the show to all these smark nobody wrestlers (the MID-lite and their friends) in locker room always initiating a fight first with yelling, provoking and physically attacking Punk. I guess Trump getting locked up soon got MID-lite in rage mood now.

Jungleboy and co are LOONS :deadbanana4: can’t blame Punk at all for wanting to be safe

AEW’s lockerroom just seems like a mess all the time chi, not even gonna mention Britt and ThunderRosa’s cold war :deadbanana4:

Goldberg literally missed the end of WCW because he hit glass that wasn’t gimmicked and cut his fucking arm open. Jungle Boy *should* be suspended. He went into business for himself. Which is not the first time some of the young talent has done that, especially when it comes to vets. Punk is always going to be blamed, but in this instance, he didn’t do anything wrong.
