So I ended up buying 2K23 even though I was gonna skip it initially..

 

MyGM did not fix its most glaring issues. You still can’t do tag team promos.  Also, tag team feuds have to be done through tag matches exclusively. You can’t do a 1v1 match or a promo to build heat as it’ll just register as a separate feud…  In general, it still feels very limited. Drafting is hard as hell too with all these new championships because you barely get any money.

 

I think in general the wrestling feels slightly better, though not by very much. I think the hit detection is a bit better? I don’t miss as often. Especially top rope moves seem to connect more often. I’m also a big fan of the new kickout mechanic.

 

As a side note, the trophies are impossible this year
