When I was in the US in January I passed out drunk and had to be taken to the ER. I've just recieved a bill for $5000. I'm going to ignore it but I'm starting to get a bit worried

I mean you did not consent, it's not like you would die or not if it wasn't for ER? Or was that bill for something else.
