The polls might give us a snapshot what a subset of voters are thinking now but people only really started thinking about the election starting with the debate. There is reason to freak out in a "we need a strategy" way but not in any tangible way that Trump has already won. There is so much time between now and then. Dems need to regroup, but Trump isn't a shoo in 2

It's why the justices keep getting away with their behavior. There's no push back from the public. but the overall public is just so tired of it all everyone shrugs and moves on. The Democrats have promised that the only remedy for this is to elect more Democrats, and that's becoming less and less likely of a solution as time goes on with Joe Biden as president. 4
