Now KHive is trying to attack fundraisers and activists for tweets made over a year ago. Not that they’re any less true

but still, it just goes to show there is no low that they won’t go to demand fullest fealty for their feckless party.

This is one person with a weak ass reach. Yall gotta gotta touch grass. People are far more multifaceted than this person or yourselves will ever be. But I understand you cant work to enact change in your community or even find and work with those that do, its easier to come to a pop forum and kiki over how terrible everything is. Yall are inspiring!

This is emblematic of their ideology, no matter how small that individual’s reach is. You know that, but you inevitably rush to defend Democrats and their mediocrity whenever I or anyone else here points out something that you get extremely sensitive over. “You’re not fighting to change anything by posting on ATRL!” No ****, Sherlock. That isn’t even the point. Get over yourself.

I don't get this. Weren't you just kiki'ing and doing nothing but complaining about politics when Trump was president? What made you change from thinking this was a productive activity versus now feigning outrage? Because the space you felt was your safe space to do such shifted away from you and the neoliberal politicians you identified with like celebrities participating in parasocial self-esteem projects got called out for being abject legislative failures?

You suddenly regret those *hundreds* of posts of yours complaining about Republicans and shilling for sell-out's like Warren because your politics fell out of the favor of the subforum as is?

Let alone the implication that those like @GhostBox or @Kassi are somehow similar not wasting their time with masturbatory, self-indulgent and often illiterate defenses of Democrats. Literally thousands of posts masturbating to Biden & Pelosi! But I guess whining is fine if it's not against the status quo because mean ole progressives took over the thread and bursted your self-esteem bubble inconveniencing that politics were never more than a project of identity and ego. :cries: The irony to accuse people of being ego-driven when knee-jerk defenses of a political party that one has no actual role in is quite literally egomania. "I hate you bashing Democrats because being a Democrat is part of my identity" jljlnjnjkj like do y'all hear yourselves?

The lunacy to go "touch grass!!!" while essentially going "this section has become a real bummer ever since progressives made it all serious and I can't stan elected officials like they're my favorite pop girl". You think we're all miserable? Good, then we can all be miserable together and you won't enjoy this thread ever. :michael:

Like you literally formed a forum persona about stanning someone who faked being another race. What change did you make in your community by spending 2020 scolding people deeply uncomfortable with the act of lying about one's race and lying about supporting universal healthcare? And was it not good enough thus explaining this constant emotionally-driven resentment? :deadbanana4:

Like even this:

Also I know it’s all doom and gloom here but I have this weird feeling that Dems will keep the house by like ONE seat. Every district seems to be locked in due to redistricting. And inflation IS the biggest issue rn but seeing the MAGA crazies blame Joe Biden makes the other country club republicans…not believe it’s Biden’s fault. Wild! ?

Im sure everyone here is gonna come and clown my comments but I don’t think it’ll be the slaughter everyone is predicting. But I’m prepared for that outcome as well.

Is just a constant misconstruing and ignorance to what anyone ever says in here. This constant attitude that anyone being upset with Dems means they're wanting Republicans to win or, at the very least, wanting Democrats to fail and how this is somehow no longer a space where people can want Democrats to succeed is so??? What?

I wouldn't want to misconstrue someone else's situation, but since it's literally being done one way already, I can't imagine how this can constantly be the reaction from anyone if not for the fact that some of y'all have no actual interest in politics beyond having some confidence project where your allegiance to a political party is part of your identity. :deadbanana4:

And I could understand that, having been a partisan Democrat.. when I was 14:deadbanana4:

I want Democrats to win. I need Democrats  to win. But I also need them to support popular ideas that will help them to win. And I need them to support those same popular ideas that make people's lives better. My life better. Because politics literally has no point besides being transactional. What are you defensive about if you can't name how a politician has made your life better? The audacity to talk about "go help in your community!!!" yet then scolding people for being annoyed at Dems, when many of us are part of groups like DSA or Our Revolution or other activist groups who are routinely maligned by Democratic leadership and privileged partisan Dem voters.

If you're angry towards a stranger on the internet for criticizing politicians in ways that are truthful but hurtful due to your emotional connection with said officials, maybe the problem is not them, but you. :skull:

"This section is not fun like in 2016!!" good, and I'll be a toxic miserable mess until Biden sends that $50k right to the direct deposit like he ought to. :michael: Question why you don't want anything from people who serve you.

How can you even explain that? (Although I'm sure a Biden stan could somehow come up with a bulls**t attempt)

My explanation would be "Biden's corrupt ass is a pathological liar, wbk"

Fat lot of good that does when Henry Cuellar ends up being that one seat giving his vote to the anti-abortion, anti-gun control caucus :ahh:

Don't care about Biden. Pelosi is the most effective progressive legislator of our times.

Nothing masturbatory about that, just basic facts. :cm:

Listen, if people in here can STAN someone like Senator Sanders, who's achievements are very SCANT in the canon of progressive legislation, then pointing that Pelosi has been the major architect and coordinator behind some of the biggest progressives achievement this century shouldn't even ruffle feathers. :deadbanana4:

You really do have to wonder what the worst Press Secretary of all time (at least in terms of ability to do the job) has to say about Biden enthusiastically continuing construction on Trump’s “bigoted” and “racist” wall. :thing:

Seems like Biden’s poll numbers are going back up in a few polls so far.  Is trump forcing his way back into the picture/media helping Biden’s numbers? Maybe Gas prices decreasing for  about 50 days straight has helped. ?

All-time Joe: Biden polls lower than any modern president, Gallup finds

Nearly 60% of Americans disapprove of President Biden’s job performance, the lowest rating of any modern president and an ominous sign for his fellow Democrats approaching the midterm congressional elections, a new poll reveals.

The Democrat’s approval sunk to a new low of 38% in the latest Gallup survey, released Friday based on surveys done from July 5-26.

Gas prices decreasing from a peak of 50 days ago doesn't change the fact that gas prices are nearly double what they were a year ago. I know Democrat boot lickers and the Biden Administration think the public is too stupid to understand that the economy is in fact worse off and that jobs numbers don't reflect the reality of the lived experience for the average American, but Jesus Christ :ahh:

Biden changing the dictionary to avoid being pegged as a recession president doesn't change actual voters' perception.

?

The latest poll has his disapproval at 58% which is tied with the 37% approval poll in this very link.

Regardless, if you wanna gleefully adulate Biden having two recent polls with low-40 approval, have at it sis. The bar is in hell, after all.
