Omg lol, I've posted that before - we think alike

I SWEAR Kamala wasn't THAT bad at speaking at the very first Dem debate, but she's been a constant embarrassment since July 31, 2019.

She was adequate at reciting what she rehearsed, but now that she's not auditioning for anything and knows that she can most likely coast to being the next Democratic nominee after Joe is done with like... zero effort... she really doesn't have to learn her lines anymore.

ย

She's like the little 2nd grader in the Christmas play that was given the role of Mrs. Claus when she should have been a little ornament or candy cane swaying in the background instead.

Tea, clearly not everyone is cut out to be (A GOOD) vice president :skull:

If Biden steps down in 2024, I do believe Bernie could end Kamala once and for all in the "open" primary if he runs because she is such uniquely a joke (and she doesn't even have the association/title of "Obama's VP" like Biden did)

Let the Tulsi thing GOย :skull:

On the topic of potential Bernie replacements, Fetterman is the closest thing I've seen to a candidate that could actually win against Trump or Desantis. AOC as much as I do like her would stand no chance and I think even she knows that. Warren is too much of a coastal liberal and is old herself. Truly we are in the pits on the democratic side, there are no leaders ready to step up to the momentย :doc:

Eh, i dunno. The democratic primary voters are such Clyburn simps that I just don't see it. Nina getting destroyed when he endorsed Shontel just says it all to me that what they care about is party fealty and not rocking the boat at all costs.

ย

The people who would vote Bernie over Kamala wouldn't even be eligible to vote in primaries that aren't open, and voter suppression works to keep college students disenfranchised in places like California.

ย

Which States Have Open or Closed Democratic Presidential Primaries?

ย

All the Southern states that are open easily go to Kamala b/c of the conservative black vote getting rallied to her by Clyburn. Texas might be closer, but Beto O'Rourke endorses Kamala and even though he loses statewide elections like it's going out of fashion, he'd still be a kingmaker for that state primary specifically.

ย

I also think Bernie likes Kamala too much to run against her, so there's that too. He only ran in 2016 because he hated Hillary specifically.

How much lower does Biden want his approval ratings to get? :deadbanana4:ย Is he just like "**** it, we're this far, let's break records" at this point?

I...don't understand why she consistently has so many moments like this ? it's essentially every interview and press conference. Why is Harris so inarticulate ? she always reuses the same lines and or words in such a short duration. Imagine articulating yourself like that during a job interview.

ย

Surely she knows the definition of "in tandem", yes ? instead of repeating "working together" several times over. It's weirdly fascinating someone as educated as Harris seems to have such a limited lexicon.

(partly because unlike Trump, Bidenย has no floor due to ... not having organic support :oh:)

This is not a good take though. Ofc Ukraine matters more to the US than Sri Lanka, since Putin is an active threat to the entire western world. That kind of whataboutism is pointless.

Also, I think you guys are too hung up on the approval ratings. When it comes down to it in 2024, Joe Biden is still gonna get some 75-80 million votes because people vote DEFENSIVELY. Yes, he doesn't have an approval floor since his support was never organic, but that's what makes the support so unpredictable. People vote reactively, according to whoever the opponent is. Both Trump and DeSantis would trigger defensive voting, again, among the liberals.

Tbh, I'm sick and tired of neolibs and the US establishment only caring about and having empathy (and money) for white Christian/Jewish countries

Let's just hope Fetterman is able to win his Senate race first. The do-nothing elitist corporate Democrats have been swarming him like VULTURES.ย

Him saying that enough Bernie primary voters going to Trump to swing the election implies that if Bernie were the nominee, they would have voted him and that states would not have been lost. (That is probably not that case, however, as there were likely just as many Hillary supporters who would have refused to vote for Bernie in the general)

Heโ€™s right tho. I voted for Bernie in the primary, but Hillary in the general. Like how stupid can you be to switch parties cuz youโ€™re butthurt?

Hillary lost because of HILLARY, not because of Susan Sarandon.
