katykater Posted November 1 Posted November 1 Not them streaming live performances from Time Square in-game. Snoop Dogg is performing.
Suilen Posted November 2 Posted November 2 System Shock Remake is blowing my mind, I couldn't finish the original game due to it being quite outdated, but the remake is just on another level. I like the story in the second more, but the exploration here is more interesting and rewarding. The 3rd game is probably never coming even though queen SHODAN deserves. 1
KahnumDash Posted November 3 Posted November 3 tr1-3 remastered and dead by dalight atm. killing myself on the hook every time something mildly inconvenient happens to me is one of my favourite pass times
Musicmajor Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Has anyone played the new Dragon Age? What are your thoughts?
Rigalo Posted November 4 Posted November 4 Only "spooky" themed game I ended up finishing last month (besides Firewatch, I guess) was Luigi's Mansion on the 3DS. I had no prior experience with it, but it was alright. The gameplay was fun I suppose and I liked the actual mansion itself as a hub, being able to unlock and open rooms as you go. I had to look a couple of parts up on YouTube to advance and was immediately annoyed that the 3DS visuals seemed to be a massive downgrade from the original on GameCube. It was cute and I'm glad I played, but I'm not sure if I would ever feel compelled to play this one again 2
SamXX Posted November 4 Posted November 4 I got into a few 'spooky' games last month. My favourite was Lost In Random on Switch, which was fantastic. Really cool unique combat style, and the story/world design was much better than I expected - I was hooked straight away.
Spicy Pisces Posted November 10 Posted November 10 (edited) Dead Space (remake) I wanted to try a horror game during spooky season, only to realize I'm not trained for the survival subgenre... It wasn't that scary but lack of ammo and scarce resources had me in a panic A 10 in story, sound design, ambience and immersion. My only complaint is the gameplay though, Isaac could've run a bit faster and maybe have a dodge button. Beat it in Impossible Mode (hardest difficulty + permadeath) and I feel so relieved 9/10 Edited November 10 by Spicy Pisces 1
Bubble Tea Posted November 11 Posted November 11 I need a new game to play, haven't played a new one in ages. Feels like nothing has happened in Nintendo Switch world since Zelda TOTK. My PS4 collecting dust too. I've just been playing pubg mobile a lot lately which is incel behaviour
Hollywood. Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Not much of a gamer, but been playing Dead Island 2 recently. Pretty much on par with the first one in terms of story/gameplay etc. Not a fan of the weapon deterioration staying each time you die so lesson learned to stock up on weapons, but living for the gory kills.

I'm at 25 hours and still pretty early in the game. I love trying to complete games (I'm not the repeat kinda guy) Last games I played: - Baldurs Gate 3 - Total 150 hours - Elden Ring + SOTE - Total 250 hours - Atlas Fallen - Total 25 hours - Wo Long Fallen Dynasty - Total 30 hours When I finish Dragon Age I want to play RDR2 that I've already purchased (and still have not felt like playing it yet)
Radical Pessimism Posted Friday at 11:48 AM Posted Friday at 11:48 AM The new Life is Strange game. The game includes five chapters, and it started out strong and interesting, but I didn't like the ending.
FailSafe Posted Sunday at 11:29 PM Posted Sunday at 11:29 PM Stellar Blade is goty. Spoiler RAVEN is the baddest btch and the boss fight of the year iktr
Shoful Posted Monday at 05:29 AM Posted Monday at 05:29 AM Just been playing a lot of Overwatch lately. I feel like there hasn't been any big games in the past 6 months. How is the new Dragon Age? I thought I heard it was meh. Never played a game in the series. was thinking of picking up Ghost of Tsushima or Stellar Blade 1
Spicy Pisces Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Assassin's Creed Valhalla Finally managed to 100% the main game. A mediocre and massive repetitive slog that did its purpose to me: a lasting quench to my thirst for AC games. 5/10 1
