I was tempted to try it since I was a big fan of both book and shows when I was little, but I read divisive opinions, I might give it a try.

Musicmajor Posted November 15, 2023 Posted November 15, 2023 I had watched the first 3 episodes of The fall of the house of usher when it came out, but I finally went back to it yesterday and finished it. Overall, It's not my favorite from Mike Flanagan but it's still very good! Especially as it gets closer to the finale things really pick up. Some of the deaths scenes are iconic and it stick with my for a long time. 1

Still too many silly things but the show was interesting and entertaining.

M!X Posted November 27, 2023 Posted November 27, 2023 I finished Bodies last night, and it was surprisingly well put together, the first 2-3 episodes are super slow but then it all starts to connect and I was hooked. Finishing Fall of of the House of Usher today, 2 episodes left, so far it is super fun - can't wait to see how it will end

This season tends to drag a bit towards the end but apparently season 2 and 3 are better so I cant wait to binge this week 1
