The album is great in my opinion, it’s one of my favorite 80s records. I have the original vinyl and it’s great.

With all the reviews and disputes I've seen regarding them, I'm still shocked they have a website up and running for business.

Ok so Urban Outfitters demands me to return the damaged copy in order to get a replacement or refund.

They can't provide me with a return label as it concerns an "international order". So they're basically saying that I should figure out and pay for returning the product myself. They said they could refund me the money I spend on returning the vinyl.

As the box it came in is damaged, I cannot use that box to return the vinyl. Do you guys think post offices will have similar square shaped boxes? I'm new to the UK so I really have no clue how it all works here at post offices. Ugh, Urban Outfitters is g*ddamn annoying!

I wouldn’t bother paying for a new box. Just tape up the one it came in real good and send it back just as it came to you. Also for future reference, keep your boxes from new orders insane this happens again and you need to send something back!

Yeah I guess I'll just use the box it came in. F*ck them!
Thanks for the tip. Next time I'll make sure to keep some boxes just in case.

Last time I ordered a record from them, it took almost a month to receive... I wouldn't worry just yet

Harold's store is pissing me off. They took almost a week to get back to me on my inquiry, and now they want me to send a picture of the packaging my items were sent in, but the recycling company literally pick everything up yesterday.... tf am I supposed to do now :oxygen2:

You're probably right. This whole Sweetener mess just has me stressed. I want to finally get it and move on.

I don't know sis, I don't remember if I have ever ordered from uk before but it did take a month for me to get my Positions deluxe vinyl, my boyfriend got it for me for Valentine's day this year, he bought it on January 20, it arrived on February 16.

Wait. What did I miss? Did your records come damaged???? They always want more than proof after taking your money. I’m surprised they don’t ask you to draw blood and sign your name in it. **** happens on THEIR END and being understanding of a customer’s frustration is helpful.
 

Typically if you receive the product you were promised, you’re not on any scam mess. It’s when they try to make it extremely difficult for the customer to get a refund/placement, that’s when we no longer care to be noble. That’s when you feel less sorry about cheating the system.

A local-ish record store has J. Cole’s 4 Your Eyez Only (UO exclusive) in stock, yet that album had been OOP/OOS for YEARS! I really wanna know where all this leftover stock is popping up from. I paid $120 for that record and now it’s going for less than half of that :deadbanana2:

Once I found UO's exclusive of Nick Jonas' debut in a record store. Brand new, sealed. I was so confused if someone just resold it to the store or what lol

I made 2 separate orders on his store. One when the vinyl preorder first went up, and another during a recent restock...

I'm missing the vinyl from the first order. The order was a hardcover cd book thing + the sea glass vinyl, and only the cd thing showed up from that order. 

So now they want me to send them a picture of the label from the package the cd came in, but I don't have it cause I already threw it out and the recycling was picked up on Monday. Had I known a week ago that I would need it, I would have kept it :biblio:
