Posted May 29, 2022 Posted May 29, 2022 (edited) This UK record store has been giving me the run around and are refusing to cancel my order I caught them up in a lie because first they said the record was sent for shipment, then when I asked about the tracking number they claimed they couldn’t get it to me because there was a uk holiday taking place (which was true) and that I would have it in a week. Two weeks go by and nothing. I then reached out again and they rudely referred to someone else to provide me with tracking because I was “chasing this for weeks.” (As if I didn’t have that right given they lied and said it shipped out weeks ago) Finally, I went off on them and this was their response: ”its delayed as we are in midst of a warehouse move and trying to integrate international shipping prices in the new fulfilment system should ship next week” What happened to it being sent out for shipment a month ago and where’s the tracking number that I was told I would have? I would’ve rather they told me they didn’t want me canceling the order so that they didn’t miss out on a sale rather than go back and forth over email for a month So now when the charge eventually does post to my bank account I’ll be swiftly making a payment dispute and sending my bank all the email exchanges since this record store wants to play games Edited May 29, 2022 by Kings.
