I personally don't like them as they tend to look tacky with that clear beach ball-y packaging but apparently there's this consensus that they sound considerably worse? I took the risk anyway and got my first (and probably only) one, the 360_brat exclusive. Packaging and design 10/10... and might I say, zero sound issues!
