I live in Europe and usually order from UK sites but I wanted the Chemtrails transparent vinyl which is only on the US website. Every day the shipping date gets pushed back, and obviously you can only e-mail them, which they take forever to respond to. The UK store has a chat function and they are always so helpful, very annoying it's not the case for the US UMG stores.
