The Warner Music store is so annoying. They won't let you do an easy exchange for damaged items- they make you pay for shipping to send the damaged item back and then you have to place a new order if you want another copy of the same item

Well supposedly September was when the first album was going to launch, but as you know, they paused all plans when she was hospitalized. Who knows...if we don't see a preorder with the next 2 months then we'll know it's BS.
