You’re not doing it right. Call customer service to SPEAK. I’m black AF and I put on my gay Karen voice real quick. You need a sob story and you need to ask for a supervisor if you’re not getting your way. I’ve gotten full refunds (without shipping anything back) that I didn’t deserve before — because, **** Amazon. They make more off me with Prime and all my purchases than any “free” item will ever suffice.

 

“I’m going out of town tomorrow, this was a birthday gift! How am I supposed to return something when the issue is your fault?! I’m devastated. This was a gift that I’d already promised.” 
 

Also, you don’t have a printer or transportation. You’re not taking Uber to the library and post office. Like, y’all need to be more creative. They scam us all the time, so it’s only natural to fight these corporations with fire. They deserve it.
