Plus why was the apology not handled by HYBE? If it was really that clear there had been a miscommunication between the two parties they would've solved this easily. It's clear she has omitted certain details like some comments said on that Pann post, or it just seemed very one-sided. 

 

She has still lost all support from Korea, there is really no rebound from a scandal like this

She did, hybe has all the record but won’t reveal for legal reason.
It was actually illegal for the other party to reveal in the first place because garam names on the paper. If you look at Garam’s one she omitted the girl name for legal reason. They both signed and said won’t reveal each other name.
