When RV originally debuted as 4 they were ages 18-23 as well.

 

Unfortunately this industry is obsessed with youth. I don't see as much issue with 16/17 year olds debuting, but when it's like 12, 13, 14 etc. it's quite concerning considering all the pressures of being an idol.
