GucciBang Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 GD staying in YG doesn't make sense really unless he stays for baemon, I mean he can easily build his own label or move to BlackLabel Also I don't see hope for baemon unless GD's name will be attach on them
dlwlrma Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 YG is gone JYP is just there SM west attempts are a joke and taking them nowhere

She went on TV how NJ first two albums were already written when came to HYBE.

Nein Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 Just imagine, in another timeline, Jessica Jung singing on this song with Wendy and Ning Ning. The heavens are crying.
MonsterNavy Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 I saw someone on twitter calling it prison transfer
BigBangStan Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 This is so weird, why is everyone leaving

Harrier Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 YG about to collapse I fear, and I mean that literally What a momentous day in K-pop that will be

His parents only let him join SM if he still continued his high school in Chicago. So he would go to school in the U.S. and then train in Korea during the breaks. He only became a "full-time" trainee after he graduated high school in 2013 and moved to Korea. That's why it took 9 years I guess (though in reality it was probably only about 3-4 years of actual training in total). I feel like a lot of fans don’t know how training system actually works? Like jihyo didn’t train as an idol until she turned 16. A lot of company took in young kids but they don’t let them train full time until they reached a certain age. A lot of young trainee only trained for about 2 or 3 hours or only on the weekends. If you look at young idols who debuted, most of them were already active in the industry.
MingYouToo Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 SM, JYP and YG are truly over and in the pits. NONE of their groups are doing any damage against the competition, IVE, BTS, GIDLE, SEVENTEEN, NEWJEANS, LESSERAFIM all outsold I fear
Cheers Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 a MAJOR bomb/scandal is going to come out against YG hence all these acts switching

Jihyo trained as an actress for the longest. Lily M trained as a solo/ballad singer for the longest, which is why during the evaluation in 2020 she still couldn't dance.
New Edition Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 JYP flopping SM flopping YG imploding Hybe is doing well except their Japanese labels

She was in group projects during jyp showcases.
ATRL Administrator Ryan Posted December 30, 2022 Author ATRL Administrator Posted December 30, 2022 YG is over
elevate Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 I think JYP and SM are fine tbh but YG imploding will shape up to be one of the biggest Kpop moments ever and will alter the course of the industry altogether.

The 'SM is flopping' narrative has always been based 100% on Girls underperformance, like hang it up its 1 song Never mind the fact it came from the 2nd highest selling GG album of all time If in 2023 GOT flops, Aespa flops next comeback, NCT continues to slowly decline, Taeyeon flops & RV flops again then we can start having the SM is dead conversation JYP is still having success too. The only 1 of the big 3 that is truly in dire straits is YG

Nein Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 SM is still doing well and GOT the beat's next comeback will prove rightfully so.
Cheers Posted December 30, 2022 Posted December 30, 2022 Where are the YG stans? Don’t go down alone! Take JYP with you
