It's about time SM pushed their female idols more to the front. This is my main issue with a lot of these new gen girlies. The usual suspects will say "not everyone wants screaming!!! It's pop you don't need to sing!!" etc. But it's not even that. If you're gonna do songs like this, you need to give the vocal at least *some* flavor. Just singing the same notes and elements with barely any ad-libs or harmonies is so flat and boring. Lbr doing harmonies doesn't feel fun and harder than singing the song in its original key imo. And how is she not getting anxious and doubting herself when she barely got the chance to shine. She's also the oldest by far compared to the 2nd oldest in the group.
