GBGB is honestly so good :deadbanana2: idk why this thread doesn’t like it, i find it better than their last few title tracks.

i already mentioned the vocal processing issue before but besides that i feel like i’d enjoy their songs a LOT more if they were sung by people with great vocal tones (or people who can sing well at least nnnnn)

listening to the album right now and i absolutely LOVE the first three tracks so far

That’s KARA. They did it without a Japanese member:clap3:

Talk about KARA, Step is still that song after all these years. The biggest Korean GG of all time in Japan did it!

When you think about japan dominance you think twice. Sorry :giraffe: Kara had a cute reign I guess but they can fight for the 2nd place along with SNSD:alexz2:

They literally did 3 sold out shows at the Tokyo Dome just 2 weeks ago. Their success is intact in Japan I fear.

The new TXT song is bottom tier in their discography. Kind of a let down after their last three releases.

There's two things I hate about HYBE: their vocal mixing (I still can't tell TXT members apart) and their pauses in mvs right before the last chorus make it stop I hate it :rip:

Also the new BTS song is called 달려라 방탄 so maybe it's something closer to their roots, maybe along the lines of Attack on Bangtan or Boyz with Fun (I don't like these songs thought nnnnnnnn). But it's the track 1 in CD 2 so I don't think it's the title track???? They'll probably go for another english song again :deadbanana4: also ARMY bragging the new album already has 9 billion streams but it doesn't really count it's song already released in other albums :deadbanana4:

I think the title track is called "Yet to come" but im not sure, still the song may have korean lyrics since jhope and suga have writing credits and they don't speak much english, the new track in cd 2 translates to "Run BTS" apparently

Let's talk about Japan dominance when they have an album that sold over 500k in Japan

Twice has none and KARA's got 2. Twice was quickly forgotten when NiziU debut

I mean, SNSD and KARA are legends for being so successful in Japan without having a Japanese member

Their whole career was a MOMENT :jonny:

Really one of the most wholesome groups Kpop has seen, if not THE MOST.

Interesting and mature concepts accompanied by amazing music, very distinctive and unique signature style, all competent vocalists, one of the very few groups who actually wrote their material, LE best female rapper, Hani major IT girl with the best stage presence in the game.

Like, it does't get better than this.

whew I can always count on you to stan the queens :jonny6:

That last part is kinda tea though. NiziU completely cannibalized TWICE over there idk what JYP was thinking with that. Similar music, similar concept, they're essentially direct competitors and ofc Japan is going to go for the group that actually has 100% Japanese members than the Korean group.

Obviously TWICE are still doing well there but they're not selling as well as they used to.
