personally hoping aespa goes for a DCT route next

the lore can get an entire new dimension by going for a dreamy/mystical vibe

 

I feel like the members would prefer that too, since they don't seem that into GIRLS

Now LSRF managed to get a hit despite the Garam scandal, Red Velvet with the Gangster Irene too, or G-IDLE after the Soojin scandal, or Snsd, or Ive, or Itzy, or Nayeon or Rookies NewJennies. Why it wasn’t the case for Aespa? Mind you a group who used to be called the NGG there !

The mini will come in December and will be pushed with the group 1st year anniversary.

 

It will follow the 4 4.5 months gap they had after each release since their debut and next year they will probably have longer periods after each comeback

the cuts in AL mv is just so bad  like it switches to a different scene midway through a hair flip  and some of the scenes are like less than 0.5 seconds

Us Twix fans are not even the ones expecting anything at this point apart from some crazy album sales (hopefully over a million hihi). If some pressed haters start coming for them, they’ll just be circlejerking among themselves like they usually do I fear. We’ll just enjoy the music (which I hope serves more than the usual disco we’ve been getting for a year now…it’s getting tiring )

They need to go towards more of the Lucid Dream/Illusion sound if they want to keep the quality up. We dem girlz we dem girlz was a huge misstep this early in their career

let’s hope December it is then. After Like seems like it’s something to tide us over until the mini, even though Love Dive is still stomping on its own.

Liz’s vocals are always the highlight for me in IVE bsides, serving Jeongyeon for Twice

2neway, even as a fan of their music, it’s true aespa has been surpassed in SK in terms of dominance and popularity by IVE and possibly New Jeans, the numbers don't lie. They can come back on top though, a Yeppi yeppi /Illusion sounding title track will easily put them back on top.

 

IVE is definitely this gen T-Ara/Early Twix - appealing music to the gp with no standout member of the group in terms of talent. I can see why they are appealing to some members

i mean, they still collected the most circle points this year so far and they just scored one top 10 hit and one top 20 hit in their flop era not to mention that they have multiple groupe cfs

 

aespa in their "flop era" did their fanmeeting in the same venue where itzy in their revival era did their solo concert
