Another Sandokushi parallel I noticed is that the track lists for both albums are perfectly aligned, with 13 tracks each and 5 characters in each title (granted all full-width characters and the right font are used). Kinda makes me wonder if they are meant to be sister albums, or if she just likes this design choice lately.

 

Yeah, the two albums are definitely related for better or worse, which is a cool concept in theory (and kudos to her for bringing those collaborators together, it reminds me of the failed Checkmate 2 project from Namie that would have Kumi, BoA etc but got scrapped due to her retirement), but maybe it could work better if released much closer to Sandokushi. The wait for a new project divorced from all that will be excruciating.

Well, the issue is that all the songs on those singles are technically A-sides. This is what the Wikipedia entry for 4 hot wave says, for example:

omg With Your Smile... I love that one. But I love Ningyo-Hime too, so I wouldn't mind if you only want to include only the first A-side from each of the batch singles.

 

I'm up for rating all 92 (or 91 if we exclude girls〜Selfish〜), but I know that's a lot more work for you too

Maybe 2 rates one from TAKE BACK until stay with me (all singles from 2000s albums) and then a second one from It's all love! until now (first album in the 2010s UNIVERSE through now). Then you can include some of the digital singles from the later albums in the 2nd one since there's less songs

 

Then when both rates are done you can also show us the combined ranking
