Feanor Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 So no 1989 TV until late 2023 then reputation TV can also not be recorded until November this year and Speak Now TV has that trademark issue holding it back So that only leaves Debut TV. Can she please release that one this year so that we can at least have one more TV out of the way. With all the legal issues and with how we're in May already with no announcement yet, it's also looking like we'll only get one TV this year. And with how she tends to promote her projects for a week max recently, 2022 will probably be quite the quiet year for her

It's quite likely she'll give Enchanted the All Too Well (TV) treatment when Speak Now (TV) comes out That or Clean TV. 1989 was such a huge era that nearly all the songs are prob classics but Clean is prob one of the most underrated so a revamped TV could possible do something on the charts. It's really loved by the base. If not then a vault track should get that treatment tbh. and YAAASSS to Echanted TV. It could literally be another #1 for her with the right treatment. Give it a mv, some playlisting etc..like ATW TV plz Taylor For Reputation she should give Don't Blame Me TV the special ATW treatment but knowing the deluded fan base's impact on Taylor she will prob give it to Getaway Car TV (unfortunately). And as for Speak Now, there's some trademark issue because iirc the term "Speak Now TV" is already claimed by some company, but Taylor wanted it too, so they're kinda in a dispute over it So basically every remaining TV besides Debut has some sort of legal issue, which may be the reason why we still haven't gotten any announcement about the next TV yet. mael Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) If the Swifties know all of that then why are they clowning with all of the speculation? Edited May 7, 2022 by mael

But do you know that legally there isn’t a single problem to release 1989 don’t? The only reason is if Taylor want to avoid bring press to the Shake it off situation, but she can release whenever she want. If she won nothing happen, if she loose she along Max Martin and Shellback are going to pay part of their income of the song to those men, from the past royalties and since the judgment for the future royalties
mael Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) So what is the truth? Why is She dripfeeding us TVs from Her biggest era? Edited May 7, 2022 by mael

GambleBreauxNews Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) It depends if she wants to release 1989 TV during the ongoing legal issue I guess, but legally she can release it (and Shake It Off) whenever she wants. This lawsuit doesn’t stop or prohibit the release of 1989 TV/Shake It Off. just depends if she herself wants to await an outcome prior to release/avoid the press about it idk Edited May 7, 2022 by GambleBreauxNews

She should just release it cause lawsuits drag on for years

If the lawsuit imperiled the release of the song, then the original would not be up for sale and streaming right now.
GambleBreauxNews Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 With the extra delay, I think she’s just going to say **** it and release it, especially with all of the teasing Taylor Nation have done with the blue hearts and obviously getting This Love TV… these lawsuits can go on for years and then even if she won in October, the other side can appeal which could mean another year (or more) delay. There’s really no point in waiting and waiting and waiting. If she wins, nothing happens. If she loses, she would have to pay some royalties and maybe a writing credit. Tbh I think she will win anyway but yah.
hausofdave Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 she honestly keep shelve the Martin tracks on 1989 TV especially if BS & Style is gonna sound anything like WANEGBT, IKYWT, & 22 (TV)
enchanted0 Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 pretty sure the lawsuit wasn't the reason that 1989 TV is not out yet
ProudLBS Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 “I’m currently reliving the 1989 tour in my head” This Love was the 13th song she performed on the 1989 tour just a coincidence or could that be a clue?
queenoftheclouds Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 I hope there won't be legal **** when Reputation TV drops in 2023.

Gork Posted May 7, 2022 Posted May 7, 2022 (edited) I think that the demand for Shake it off does not prevent it from releasing 1989 TV... 8 hours ago, GambleBreauxNews said: It depends if she wants to release 1989 TV during the ongoing legal issue I guess, but legally she can release it (and Shake It Off) whenever she wants.
