Blackpink toured Mexico a couple months ago and announced it barely 2 months before, for example. A lot of insiders and journalists have said she is doing Mexico, Argentina and Brazil. When you only have 2 or 3 dates to sell you don't need to announce it with that much time, specially when the tickets are going to fly instantly.
