Huh? So you support her hanging out with Brittany and working with David O Russell? Well.

She probably thinks that all Swifties forgot but most didn't.

That's ill.

Why would you do that? She is a shitty human.

I can't wait till her fanbase realizes and then she'll come back crying: "but I'm so kind genuine!"

Did you enjoy the attention?

The fact that you don't even stay on topic shows me a lot.

I really wanna know how long some of you will defend her behaviour. Cause I'm queer and I'm tired of her perfomative ass.

Girl, everyone here is queer. Hateful soliloques is what your diary is for, spare us please!

Surely you're aware that this is Taylor Base, and Swifties are notoriously all Trump supporters?  I love to see friend groups with diverse viewpoints! Plus, I loved Silver Linings Playbook and Taylor got excellent networking connections out of Amsterdam, so her working with DOR didn't bother me much either? I think you're just overly concerned about a lot of things that don't matter much :shake:

Other fave surprise sing performances:

Dress (LA) - oh this just sounded so good acoustic

I Can See You/Mine (Liverpool) - the way none talks about this high IQ mashup... The "ah ah ah ah ah" transition into Mine is so satisfyingly executed. And ending with "And I can see it - I can see you"... The world literally wasn't ready. The platonic ideal of a mashup

Sweet Nothing/Hoax (Dublin) - this was cinema. She's so funny for taking two of Her previously most enigmatic sings (to low IQ locals) and making their meaning so painstakingly obvious. A Rosetta Stone tea

The Albatross/Dancing With Our Hands Tied (Dublin) - scratches every itch in my brain, like it just sounds soooo good. Two perfect sings, in Her range, melodically infectious, genius connections between the sings. 'I'd kiss you as the lights went out, swaying as the room burned down, I'd hold you as the water rushes in, and when that sky rains fire on you, and you're persona non grata, I'll tell you how I've been there too, and that none of it matters' :cries:

Guilty As Sin?/Untouchable (Amsterdam) - oh the sensuousness, the pining :weeps: She was galaxy brained for this. Not everyone gets it. And She did just enough of Untouchable without taking away from the sing people actually want to hear
Right Where You Left Me/All You Had To Do Was Stay (Zurich) - She literally turned into an Americana rock goddess for 5 minutes... She blended RWYLM's drugged up, depressed, washed up coffeesinger vibe into AYHTDWS soooo well. Transforms the sing. "Let me remind you: THIS. WAS. WHAT. YOU. WANTED. 'Cause you endeddd IT!!" Literally inject it

Closure/A Perfectly Good Heart (Zurich) - She was punishing the crowd, but rewarding me! Closure acoustic sounds soooo good and continues that Americana vibe. I can feel you smoothing me over forever one of Her most jawdropping lyrics. And then hearing Lord sing APGH in 2024, we just had to cheer at the absurdity, and She was sounding heavenly

Nothing New/Dear Reader (Hamburg) - "my fourth drink in my hand, these desperate prayers of a cursed man", "I've had too much to drink tonight", "dear reader - will you still want me, when I'm nothing new?" Lord Your IQ

Haunted/Wonderland (Vancouver) - "you're not gone, no, you can't be gone... I reached for you but you were gone" "can't turn back, now I'm haunted, in Wondeeeerland" - literally everyone died

Honourable mention for You're Losing Me (Melbourne). I hate the sing, but Her performing it with a massive backdrop of The Tortured Poets Department - The Bolter version, was pure cinema. Oh we knew Joe was bones

The way I was a mashup hater at first and now all my fave moments of the tour are mashups... Oh Lord outsmarts us all again... There were a lot of head-empty random AF mashups but they always kept up excitement for surprise sings, and at their best, putting different sings in direct conversation with each other showed them in different lights and offered fresh perspectives on their meanings.

Unpopular opinion but idc. Whoever is Travis' designer needs to do jail time. His choice in clothes has been rubbing off on Taylor. Their clothes look uglier whenever seen together. It's giving clown, circus, discount shop, crimes against fashion.

ddd he is so handsome but his styling is such a mess.

I literally realized how bad she is as a person. Wow, I-

Thank god SwiftyNeutral opened my eyes. She surrounds herself with so many problematic, racist people.

Why did I even consider seeing her live and becoming a fan? Damn, this woman really has some issues and I'm so happy that so many people recognize this now.

I think we all have some issues

Oh I think I can already picture Taylor Swift (Taylor's Version) cover. :WAP:

Taylor with her guitar lies on a Chevy truck overflowing with plants and flowers (with hints of butterfly) while it floats on a green lake.

Spoiler

She's gonna give us a beauty shot with a little green here and there and call it a day.

Spoiler

not just that but olivia also stopped being enthusiastic about taylor after giving her credit too. conan gray too. like all the signs are there to raise an eyebrow :sherlock:

i do think taylor blocked interviewers and magazines from asking her questions about olivia too, cuz that for sure generates a lot of clicks and views.

Anyway, I'm working on narrowing down my list of which Taylor song to play at midnight tomorrow to set the tone for the new year. I have a snaking suspicion that Champagne Problems might snatch it. :gaycat3:

When she gives me New Year's Day (Taylor's Version) to ring in the year of the snake then what? :WAP:

So about every three weeks I re-evaluate my random encounter question - that being the one question I'd ask Taylor if I got 30 uninterrupted seconds to get an answer. I know that if I ask a bad question, I'd kick myself for the rest of my life, and I'm simply too much of an anxious planner to allow that to happen. Tonight I've had a couple glasses of wine and focused my energies, and I think I've settled upon the absolute correct question. "Taylor, would you be able to fix the godawful vocal glitch in All Too Well (Taylor's Version) at about 1:18, where the two notes of "okay" clip together? It makes me want to shoot myself every time I hear it." I believe this is the best question to ask for two reasons: A) because it's a yes/no question, bringing her awareness of a customer service issue I've encountered, and B) it's easily within her power to fix, at least for the streaming versions, because she just has to call up a minion she has locked in a studio basement in Nashville and have them hammer on it for a few hours before pushing this more pleasant version to DSPs. I know it's a lot to ask of you and it'll probably be hard to remember in the moment, but if y'all ever get the chance to ask Taylor a random encounter question, might you find it within your heart to ask the same one?

:suburban:

In other words, my record player is ******* broken so I was listening to the album with my headphones for the first time in a while (like... two years maybe) and I realized just how much more prominent and jarring it is when it's right in your ear :deadbanana4:

I definitely listen to All Too Well frequently enough these days to know what you're talking about and totally didn't have to pull it up right now and squint my eyes as if that affects my ears to hear what you were talking about! :ryan3: Of course now I'm never going to unhear it lol

I think my question would be me frantically gasping out something like "Taylor could you pretty please do Evermore LPSS now please and thank you please" and then saying it would make her bigger than the Beatles and would let her win AOTY again* to make sure the request sticks in her mind.

*if released independently of the original source material due to Grammys eligibility rules stating: "Updated, revised or expanded versions of previously submitted albums will not be eligible."

Make sure you can fit all the qualifications into the 30 seconds, she's a busy woman :ryan3:

I rehearse in front of a mirror from time to time just so I don't **** up with the pressure

Spoiler

And I do sincerely apologize for potentially maybe slightly ruining your listening experience, dearest :deadbanana2:

I've got it down. I'm cool. I'm collected. It totally won't come out as a strained, guttural utterance of literally just the words "Evermore Long Pond" before I then slink back into the night, mortified at my own lack of composure in the face of divinity.

Spoiler

I already didn't notice after letting the song play again :ryan3:

Yeah….. I've only played that version maybe 5 times or less. The vocals on the 10 minute version  sound more identical to the OG than the 5 minute one. For some reason the vault tracks all have superior mixing than the standard tracks.
