PoisonedIvy Posted September 23, 2023 Posted September 23, 2023 I actually think the absolute worst moment of all the TVs has been the spoken line at the end of Stay Stay Stay. Someone in here said it sounds like she was forced to say that with a gun to her head in the studio and i can never get that image out of my head It’s true especially when compared to the OG 2

The first album I'd suggest to someone who wants to discover Taylor's discography is Red. There's a little bit of everything she's done in her career genre-wise. It's also an excellent representation of her strength as a songwriter. To answer which songs are my favorite from her, let me just give you my 3 favorite songs from each album: Taylor Swift - Should've Said No, Our Song, Invisible Fearless - The Way I Loved You, Love Story, Come In With The Rain Speak Now - Long Live, Back To December, Enchanted Red - Sad Beautiful Tragic, The Moment I Knew, The Last Time 1989 - Style, Wildest Dreams, I Know Places Reputation - Dancing With Our Hands Tied, Getaway Car, Call It What You Want Lover - False God, Cruel Summer, Cornelia Street (Live From Paris) folklore - the last great american dynasty, invisible string, this is me trying evermore - coney island, ivy, evermore Midnights - Maroon, Would've Could've Should've, You're On Your Own Kid Standalone - Safe & Sound, Carolina, The Alcott hey! i think i'm pretty open minded when it comes to music. maybe i like pop the most..i don't know yet. i listened to every song you mentioned. i picked my fave from each one: Taylor Swift - Should've Said No Fearless - Love Story Speak Now - Enchanted Red - The Last Time 1989 - Style Reputation - Dancing With Our Hands Tied Lover - False God folklore - the last great american dynasty evermore - ivy Midnights - You're On Your Own Kid Standalone - Safe & Sound i liked ivy the most!! so i'm gonna listen to evermore in full..and after that to Red. thank you for your help!! 7

Redstreak Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 Let’s have a different debate than usual what seasons do you associate each Taylor album with?
Redstreak Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 Personally: Debut - spring Fearless - late spring/early summer Speak now - spring Red - fall 1989 - summer reputation - fall/ early winter Lover - late spring/summer Folklore - late fall Evermore - winter/early spring Midnights - really late summer/ fall 1
dyktatuob Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 debut - i don't listen to it that much really but i would say summer based on aesthetic fearless - spring speak now - winter/early spring red - fall 1989 - summer reputation - winter lover - summer folklore - summer/fall evermore - fall/winter midnights - it's very winter to me but can also make sense as a summer album
IBeMe Posted September 24, 2023 Posted September 24, 2023 I really want another single from Midnights

Would love a video for YOYOK after she released 1989, Rep and Debut TV though. That would be a fantastic way to close the re-recordings/Eras Tour chapter.
