Dropped this album in 2023 which would have faired a bit better then be her fourth in 2025. The video I'd probably only want are videos for All Yours/1:59.

I think people on twitter and even here are starting to get a little delusional. I just want to preface by saying I actually want(ed) Mani to actually succeed. You guys need to let people react and think how they want. You can't censor everyone's opinions and try to create an echo chamber in these spaces. I personally feel like I totally disappointed in how her career has played out so far. I'm sure she will tell you the same. However, it's okay for me to verbalize my disappointment in spaces like this forum and twitter. Just because you do so does not make you an anti-fan. Yes. Sometimes it can be redundant but to say you can voice your opinion because it isn't 100% is how people who actually would've supported her choose not to. Now I'm sure if that fan sign up page was entirely made for her to post that magazine article but if it was then that is one of her glaring problems. The lack of transparency and interaction is ultimately causing her career to falter. Like why are you posting something two weeks after? Like girl if you don't look at your damn calendar. If she doesn't notice that isn't working and this detached persona isn't helping. Then I don't know what to tell her. Like she had the world in her hands in 2019 and now she's been relegated to a damn magazine shoot every quarter. That's ridiculous and they basically shelved her because I just noticed Victoria just released something 2 months ago, SZA released something last month, and now Tate Mcrae is setting to release this week. Where tf are the videos and the performances? Like I feel like she's still mad about the album but to be completely honest she should've just did pop. I keep saying this sometimes it's better to just give in and do what the collective says for an album and then branch out. I'm hoping she can prove me wrong but I don't know. It seems like she's been blackballed? I don't know something feels off when a Victoria Monet can release freely while we wait for visuals for 8+ months. 5
NormaniQueen Posted January 22 Posted January 22 (edited) i just think it's weird for people to assume someone's intentions or motivations (like saying that she's "not hungry enough") even though they don't know what's truly going on behind the scenes. people did the same thing in 2022 and 2023, and once she came out and explained why she was away, everybody was so sorry and regretted saying certain things about her. and people can be cruel and rude for no reason, especially on twitter… and it's sad that some stans think that it's okay to do that and expect an artist (who's also a human being) to not feel a certain way about it. it's just weird. So no we still had a right to complain back then. My issue is why doesn't she post anything? Like take a damn picture once in a while. Then as soon as she got with DK she's been MIA like it's so weird. Then she doesn't post she doesn't interact so; so yeah. The fans have a right to complain. It's not like she has this extensive catalog like Rihanna. 1

I'm just wondering if she posted that article late because things changed behind the scenes. If I'm not mistaken it was recorded back in November. Fans waiting almost a year for visuals to their debut album is something ice never seen before. And I can't assume I know what's going on with her personally but I don't agree with her own fans attacking her character and intentions. I truly don't know why when it comes to her things seem to never fall through or when they do it takes ages. Whatever the delays are I'm sure it contributes to her disassociating instead of communicating. Maybe she really doesn't know what to say. No person with even the smallest fanbase is going to tell their fans they're not passionate about their career anymore. Y'all just need to peep things and move in silence. I don't see how it helps to drag her on public platforms everyday to further get her attacked. I'm not happy at all with how her career turned out or the years of wasted potential but in the end it's HER life. We can't be more upset than she is. 1

However, you as an artist needs to pick between being in the public eye and having a more successful career and being out of the spotlight and becoming forgotten. You compare her to someone that is charting even if it's at the bottom of the BBHot100 and he write for SZA, one of biggest artists nowadays, this is not her case. This is why he is getting all these opportunities and not her. The harsh truth is Normani isn't relevant anymore as we speak. You think she can still live off of 5h, sucessful collabs and a debut single that created buzz. It's was beneficial in the past but it's not enough today.
