A tour movie is very different from a regular movie, I don't think the strike would affect it's release. However I get why she wouldn't risk it.

To be totally honest, I don't think the Chroma film was a thing before Nurtecgate.

Her team had to come up with sumn real quick after the backlash and probably told her to sit on front of the damn TV and put that scrapped footage on.
