Ignore them. Don’t fuel the fire by responding to negative stuff and just focus on stuff here and the new era being here. They’re just trying to cause stuff for attention and to “get back” at the few KC fans who post weird things about other artists. Don’t be like that. :-) 

 

I hope radio plays Mine. The Voice live shows don’t start until mid May so I wonder if she’ll be promoting these songs still or have another single by then.

So we know her Spotify "sales" for the week on each song - do we know her Apple Music/Pandora/Shazam/Tidal etc. streaming numbers + digital sales numbers?  I thought i remembered seeing on Sunday that it was estimated mine had sold about 1,000 copies on iTunes.  I'd guess her Apple Music numbers would be about equivalent to her Spotify ones.  Guess I'm just curious as to where she ends up total for her opening week.

 

Also, the lyric video counts towards streams, but does anyone know if the live performance on TKCS counts too since it's the full song?

 

Finally, does anyone expect that 'mine' will chart on the BBH100 this week?  Not entirely sure what to think but leaning towards no just based on vibes lol.

I’m kinda thinking this might be a sleeper song, like it’ll continue to pick up okay streams for a while and then the second single will be much more out the blocks so that when the album comes out there are a few songs with okay numbers rather than an album with a massive hit and then mediocre numbers for the rest

Hopefully a single will stick but if not I really think her album will atleast do pretty well. While the The Voice and her show don't cater to streaming gen.  A divorce album should speak to alot of her audience. Assuming there will be a good bit of physical out. I dunno how that holds up now a days I haven't been paying attention in stores

Gosh, Piece by Piece is a lovely album, isn’t it? I mean sure “Heartbeat Song” is cheesy but it’s good and “Someone”, “Take You High” and “Piece by Piece” is a career highlight three-track run? The lyrics to “Someone” are immaculate, “Take You High” sounds nothing like Kelly has ever done and still since, and “Piece by Piece” is such a punchy title track.
