Didn't go through the legal stuff as thoroughly as you did so it's been a pleasure reading your posts these past few weeks. I've learned a lot and now I can defend her better online with actual facts. Thank you To be honest, I think the only time Kesha ever attended any of the proceedings of the defamation case was back in 2016 at the hearing on her motion for a preliminary injunction. Apart from that, it has always been just lawyers. The only official statements from Kesha are in her deposition (two parts, both taken in 2017 and 7 hours long each). Pretty much like Britney's case then. Tons of different legal issues that were relevant to the shape and scope of the jury trial, but yes, that was definitely his goal. Though I think it's not really comparable to Britney's case procedurally because a conservatorship proceeding is quite different from a defamation case with a plaintiff and a defendant that is meant to be resolved at a jury trial. 1 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
