I’m so in love with Lost in LA lately. It’s giving me the High Road (the song) vibe, the chorus is so perfect but the rap verses are kinda off and letdown.

Honey was written before Birthday Suit?

https://kesha.fandom.com/wiki/Birthday_Suit

The song was registered in December 2016, along with "Love Triangle", another song recorded for Rainbow.

The song was written in LA with Chelcee Grimes and Stuart Crichton shortly after "Honey".

Not that Kesha has had a bigger enough career to the superbowl (yet :-*) but if she did this would be my dream set list:

1. Animal (intro)

2. Your Love is My Drug

3. Take it Off (mixed with Sleazy)

4. Woman

5. Raising Hell (with Big Freedia)

6. Blow (Cirkut Remix)

7. Praying

8. Shadow

9. We R Who We R

10. Tik Tok

I can't get this one out of my head :jonny5: I know it's a Rainbow outtake but like... with updated production and improved vocals on the chorus (the delivery of 'every guy...' kinda irritates me tbh :deadbanana4:) it would be such a cute addition to K5. Overall it's just so quintessential Kesha, I'm in loveeeee. Also imagine a c*nty western-inspired video, it'd be everything

I f*cking love this one, I've been obsessed :jonny5: it gives me similar vibes to Everytime You Go in that it's pop perfection and has a quintessential Kesha chorus

Does anyone know how the album contract works? Like as soon as she releases the album is she free from the contract or does she have to wait a few months do promo etc and then she’s free?

No, the KMI contract is based on so-called "option periods" and the album is merely a necessary part of the option period, so it still continues after the album release.

The option periods do not begin automatically, either Kesha or Luke have to send a notice to the other party that they want to exercise a new option period and then there are certain deadlines for their duration.

Assuming for a moment the notice for the final option period has been sent (it's only documented for Rainbow in the court documents, we don't have anything for High Road), then the KMI contract provides that an option period lasts for 12 months after the notice has been sent (page 1) and that the album has to be delivered within 5 months after the notice has been sent (page 2).

So, in short, the final option period of the contract continues for 7 months after K5 is released.

Edit: I made a small mistake because "delivered" is not the same "released", so it's actually less than 7 months because it takes time from having recorded the album to actually releasing it (example: the Rainbow notice was sent in December 2016 and the album was released in August 2017, so she must have recorded the album in full by spring 2017), but the point still stands that it's not immediately over once K5 is released.
