Renan90 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 (edited) Machine Gun Kelly’s ‘Mainstream Sellout’ Bows at No. 1 on Billboard 200 Albums Chart Plus: Daddy Yankee scores his highest-charting album ever on the Billboard 200 with 'Legendaddy.' Machine Gun Kelly’s Mainstream Sellout tops the Billboard 200 albums chart, as the set enters atop the list dated April 9 with 93,000 equivalent album units earned in the U.S. in the week ending March 31, according to Luminate, formerly MRC Data. It’s the artist’s second leader, following his last release, 2020’s Tickets to My Downfall. All told, Mainstream Sellout is his sixth top 10 on the tally. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums of the week in the U.S. based on multi-metric consumption as measured in equivalent album units, compiled by Luminate. Units comprise album sales, track equivalent albums (TEA) and streaming equivalent albums (SEA). Each unit equals one album sale, or 10 individual tracks sold from an album, or 3,750 ad-supported or 1,250 paid/subscription on-demand official audio and video streams generated by songs from an album. The new April 9, 2022-dated chart will be posted in full on Billboard‘s website on April 5. Ger Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 Haven't heard the album yet, but those are amazing solid numbers. He really has a loyal fanbase. Lil Durk kind of dropping fast.
Polgg48 Posted April 3, 2022 Posted April 3, 2022 "emo girl" summerizes everything you need to know about album and he got pretty easy number 1 which is really nice. serious notes, other songs in album are more of the same of singles those released.
Shirlene Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Billboard 200:#9(+1)@DojaCat, Planet Her 29,000 (1,725,000 units since release). She's clearing 2 million yup yup
Bloodflowers. Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 I am obsessed with make up sex, MGK really did THAT! a well earned second #1 album

Also there's nothing really exciting about the Billboard 200 right now At least for the Hot 100 we have Big Energy today to see if Mariah gets credited with another top 3 hit and Harry's #1 next week.
Dingdong123 Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Any new releases this week? Or Encanto will top again?

Ger Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Latto Pretty impressive, crazy cause the song doesn't feel that big. STAY Historic Waves 5th week atop
Green Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Ugh ******* Stay blocking Big Energy from the top 2. Go away Quote Carey and DJ Khaled are not listed on “Big Energy” on the Hot 100, as the remix did not account for the majority of the song’s overall consumption during the tracking week Mariah wasn't credited

Green Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Points for the top 3: 1. Heat Waves 224 2. Stay 185 3. Big Energy 181
brianc33710 Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Adele didnt perform at the Grammys? Talk about a missed opportunity to give 30 a needed boost & debut IDW! Adele definitely seems disengaged these days.

Just a Gay on ATRL Posted April 4, 2022 Posted April 4, 2022 Another super boring week. Harry will be #1 for a very long time based on how the charts currently are lol. Highly likely song of the summer candidate (unless BTS releases but let’s NOT).
