"30 billion streams as a lead artist" leads me to believe that lead credits - which includes her main droplets SWU, ROM, SYT Remix, Boyfriend, Focus - are counted, but songs like My Favorite Part, Met Him Last Night, Bed, etc. are not counted. Not 100% sure though.

Only lead songs are included, so, songs like Rain On Me, Stuck With U etc are included, cause she's the lead artist or 1/2. Her albums streams are:
