Kylizzle Posted March 24, 2022 Posted March 24, 2022 Confessional I felt confident going into this photoshoot, especially knowing that this was a fantasy theme and I have taken many photos with creative photographers who aren't afraid to go for trippy and somewhat spooky styles. My look has often been called strange, but I was ready to use that to my advantage. The other contestants were really impressive this week, which makes it intimidating because we're all stepping up our game. I liked Kiko's photo the most, because it feels like she really played into the fantasy idea.

I think that would give alot of context to some of the confusing submissions and help with the voting

I don’t agree tho it increases mediocrity and also it’s only needed on challenges where we need to tell a story and complement really the pics and on these 3 episodes it doesn’t necessary

I'm not sure if this is as explicitly fantasy as some of the other entries this week, but I personally see the vision and am very pleased. CHERYL / @Seffers I like all the elements of this shot individually, but altogether there's just so much going on that my eyes aren't necessarily drawn to Cheryl. LADY GAGA / @Douglas Booth An excellent shot. Some intensity in the face wouldn't have killed you, but this is fierce. ANGELICA / @TruGemini While I like the colors and the aesthetic of this shot, it very much screams "off theme". It'd be one thing if you were serving a Moulin Rouge style fantasy, but there's nothing really exaggerated about the setting here. ANNE CURTIS / @Yvess This is fantastical in a literal sense, but like Anne in the picture I'm kinda falling asleep. With that said, this isn't the worst shot here. The pose and facial expression aren't my favorite, but I think you definitely did what you needed to do. CANDICE SWANEPOEL / @TheArgonaut This is a little too understated for the theme, but I do see what you were going for here and I'm not mad at it. JANELLE MONAE / @99sandthe2000s My only critique is that I wish the facial expression was different. Janelle looks almost dead in this. AWENG CHUOL / @kipperskipper This is excellent. TYRA BANKS / @CBC This is another case of where I see where you were going, but we never actually reached the destination. The pic itself is fine, but I'm sure Tyra has done other shots that better embody the theme. JOAN SMALL / @ZORBIT I love the retro-vibes here, very twilight zone. This isn't the most captivating shot here, but I see what the vision was. RYAN DESTINY / @WestHaven Smoke =/= fantasy. I'm not really sure what we're going for here. The shot itself is fine.
