A futuristic car that started the definition of the PC Music aesthetic plus it's very cohesive to the record's sound and lyrics. Not sure about Bey and 21pilots

Most Coldplay covers are like that to be honest, my favorite is the one for Ghost Stories, all the little details are gorgeous.

Beyoncé's cover is def groundbreaking, original and interesting.  These words are subjective, so it's hard to outright prove them maybe, but can you name another major popstar who has put nothing but their name on their album cover? If not, then automatically it's an original idea, especially for a comeback record that is itself groundbreaking. And if it is a more-or-less original idea, then the graphic design, the decision not to put Beyoncé's face is an interesting choice too.
