It’s too bad that lyrically it barely fits the theme, like I see where you were going but this song is more about a bad relationship and heartbreak and finding strength in yourself rather than self expression and freedom. Staryu - 5 - I think you misunderstood the assignment, this is more about Bey finding her inner strength and putting herself first before her terrible relationship. Alicia Keys - Brand New Me Boys - 5 - Meh. Clue - 3 - This one felt more about leaving an abusive relationship than what we asked for. Not Like the Movies - 7 - Thematically it fits decently. I love this song but it is missing certain aspects thematically compared to other songs here. Staryu - 6 - A few of the lyrics work but overall it’s not really that on point thematically, the song was too focused on her ex. Ashley Tisdale - Acting Out Boys - 10 - The Disney girls showing up and OUT. Clue - 10 - This was one of my favorites lyrically. Not Like the Movies - 10 - Thematically perfect. Staryu - 10 - Very on point lyrically. Demi Lovato - Melon Cake Boys - 9 - I still can’t believe this song is about her not getting to eat cake. Clue - 9 - Sure. Not Like the Movies - 10 - It seems that Demi’s discography represents this theme hehe! But this definitely understood the assignment. Well done! Staryu - 9 - It’s a good choice, it mostly works, I feel like Demi has many thematically similar songs. Maggie Rogers - Back in My Body Boys - 6 - Eh. Clue - 7.5 - The lyrics were too vague for me, but I think, at its heart, it fits somewhat. Not Like the Movies - 6.5 - This is a decent enough entry but it leaves a lot to be desired thematically. Staryu - 7 - It has mentions of the theme lyrically, it just wasn’t very strong to me. TLC - Unpretty Boys - 5 - R.I.P Lefteye. Clue - 5 - Not a great fit. Not Like the Movies - 5 - Not another excellent song that barely fit the theme ugh! This song is directly speaking about inner beauty and body image. I’m failing to see a strong representation lyrically on the prompt. Staryu - 5 - This just isn’t really on theme. Kesha - Praying Boys - 10 - I love this song! Clue - 9.5 - Sure. Not Like the Movies - 10 - Absolutely, I have no complaints. Thematically this is a very strong representation. Staryu - 9.5 - Great choice. OutKast - Liberation Boys - 8 - Nice choice. Clue - 9 - Good enough fit. Not Like the Movies - 8 - I see the point of view but this song also tackles other topics which makes it a bit tough to solely focus on the theme which the prompt asked for, I will say that it’s a good entry because it fits. Staryu - 8 - There’s a lot of song here, it fits the theme lyrically at some points, so it works I guess. Final results coming up!

Because of this.... Spoiler Both tribes are safe! Congratulations!! The double elimination scheduled for this round will occur next round instead, when a single elimination was originally planned.
