you mean white latinos?

No, not really. I get the knee-jerk to want to assume it's that, but pollsters go by self-identification, which blurs the lines in a way not present in the discussion of race within Latino Americans as a sociology phenomena because you're then discussing people as groups that one can assign a label to, not rely on self-identification.

Who's to say that some white Latinos that were polled are not identifying as white themselves? What if Afro-Latinos, for example, simply identify as Black to the pollsters? Pollsters should probably start asking  for ethnicity so the data can be broken down more, but as pointed out in the thread of the original tweet, a pollster doesn't become an A+ Pollster by oversampling Republican white Cubans in a national poll, for example.

Dems had a candidate that polled really well with Latinos, Independents and Millennials but they really said: "no, thanks!!" and went with the guy that is the opposite.  :ahh:

Yes because Latinos, Independents, and Millennials make up the majority of registered voters. If Sanders was the nominee we'd still have Trump. Can't believe people don't understand this

Absolutely delusional. The only reason we got Trump in the first place is because Bernie wasn't the Democrat nominee

Not really a meaningful claim when you're about to have him back very soon anyways.

Bernie would've lost both the electoral college and the popular vote in 2016. at least Hillary got one of them. No one could have beat Trump in 2016, he was unstoppable then

Bernie had a better chance in 2016 than 2020 tbh

If it’s Biden vs Trump in 2024 Biden will win again. If it’s Biden vs any other republican (besides Cruz) Biden will lose. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I doubt it. If Trump is the nominee for 2024 he'll go batshit insane over every poll number, he'll direct his supporters to commit terrorist attacks, and if he doesn't end up in jail he'll lose because no one new will want to join his base

Florida and Texas are definitely out of reach for a long time. I don’t see him winning re-election, especially against T or Desantis.

 Barely.

Hilary had low turnout with minorities because of how bad she was, plus TV ads being spammed when she called us predators.:rip:

Bernie's main problem would be suburban Democratic White ppl voting for Trump

These must be the white ones. We saw how they rolled when it came to Trump. They wanted to be accepted so bad as a white American and completely forgot their morals.

The fact of Biden almost losing despite Trump being Trump mishandling a major pandemic really says otherwise.

Also, his Hispanic polling here *is worse* than it was in 2020 Election Night. People tried to claim he was making some inroads after election night with Latino voters throughout 2021, but any claimed inroads have been wiped away entirely.

This is also very concerning:

Latinos:

Strongly Approve: 11%

Approve: 22%

Disapprove: 13%

Strongly Disapprove: 52%

Don't Know: 2%

She was talking about gangs. Which is 100% true. They are scum. No matter what their race is.

This I completely agree with, he definitely should not run. We need a confident commanding centrist candidate who knows when to keep their mouth shut and appeal to minorities

The way people try to cope with their beliefs and decision making. Biden is not liked, the end.
