Temporal Posted June 7, 2017 Posted June 7, 2017 Some of Temporal's Late Ass Round 2 Reviews 13. mxtthewdelrey - Floor Song This was pretty good, and an interesting song all around. I really liked the vocabulary and you did creepy but in a tame way; the other Dark songs were much more in your face. I didn’t quite grasp the subject matter, the rhymes were kind of elementary at times, and I didn’t get the Spanish inclusion at the end. 14. SaintWest - Ship This reminded me of one your entries from last season, but I can’t quite remember which one. Anyways, I loved how much character this song had. I liked your style for the most part as well, though there were points where it threw me off. - The flow in the chorus was hard for me to grasp, and - “I see through the promises you made” you left out a “that” and it really triggers me, idk why - The rhyme scheme in the second verse was hard to find, and that as something generally true for the piece as a whole. I kept waiting for the punch of the rhyme and sometimes it never came. 15. FCKNAmbrosia - Dance of the Dragons Not me thinking you misspelled “trumpets” Your style seemed to be on the other side of the fence compared to most other entries this round; it was too dense. I was quite lost to the metaphor or subject here, though I will commend you on your style conveying that heavy, medieval feeling. I want necessarily say one way or another what your style needs to drift towards since this was an interesting song and challenge, but I think being too poetic is better than not being poetic at all. - “Deceased in flames like the whole town” I don’t think you used “deceased” correctly, it needs a form of “to be” in front of it. Obviously, a nitpick, but it rubbed me the wrong way. - “Wind / Blind” does not rhyme - “Digged into my cove” should be “dug” 16. Cupid - The Life You Should’ve Known When I initially read the title and intro I rolled my eyes a bit bc 1) Huga will c u in court, and 2) I was expecting the song to be a bit over the top. However, this was handled really well. It didn’t feel trite or crass at all. Only real complaint besides some insignificant word choice issues was that the song ended kind of abruptly; you’re telling someone’s life story, the length of the song should 100% reflect that. 17. Corsola - Fire Entry How dare you disgrace Blaziken like this? 18. Ceremonials - Currents I want to hate you for writing about two PH clichés, water and death, but hunny you did that. My critiquE would be that the first verse didn’t have much water in it (the song overall was a tad lax on it), and there were minor word choices that kept creeping up. But whatever, I loved this.

I got cereal which is good enough I guess. It wasn't Oreo-Os (have you ever had them @keshaspearsxo?) but Corn Pops are good too. People say they're gross when they're soggy but I don't like crunchy cereal ff

People say they're gross when they're soggy but I don't like crunchy cereal ff Never heard of it, is it Oreo cereal? I have so many questions. The most crucial would be, but do they have the cream in them? Cause if they don't it seems kinda worthless to me. The cream MAKES Oreos for me, nobody wants just the chocolate parts. Granted, milk could kind of act as the cream substitute, but I feel as though the milk would just become chocolate flavoured too, as opposed to keeping the RICHNESS of the true Oreo cream, so it wouldn't live up to my expectations. The reason I stan double stuff specifically is for the juxtaposition of the chocolate vs the cream, which I find only intensified with the extra cream in this variety. The original are cool too, but more is better in this case. We have similar traditional cookies in the uk, but without the juxtaposition - they're either chocolate with chocolate cream or plain with normal cream. Oreo is a true art form which I came the appreciate for its boundary breaking formula of mixing the two. And on this note, I also tried the golden Oreos once (where the chocolate cookie is replaced with a plain one) but it was boring and just reiterated to me how the chocolate cookie vs the cream filling is the greatest piece of art I may have ever witnessed.

I am highkey a fan of the chocolate parts and would buy it by itself and eat it. I think the double creme Oreos are disgusting and would get regular pones bc there's less creme.
fountain Posted June 7, 2017 Author Posted June 7, 2017 @Hug furthermore, on the topic of cereal in general, I enjoy cereal, and normal plain type with milk but I have a problem where I feel like I have to add like 50g of sugar into the bowl because I'm a disgusting human being who loves to indulge and as such I don't really eat cereal much but if I could I would !

Eh the chocolate part is ok (and integral as I state) but I'm a creamy boy. Sometimes, because I'm so disgusting, I'll eat one of the chocolate side off two double stuff Oreos and then place the remains together, essentially making a quadruple stuff Oreo ?
