Although there's a 1m difference with CM to be fair The discrepancy is probably due to the fact that CM uses a formula for Apple Music as opposed to raw data (since it's not publicly available). Whereas HDD may have access to Apple Music numbers, in fact they must since they have that weekly streaming chart. If that 17M figure is indeed accurate maybe they got it straight from Sony.
