How?

Spotify - 76,347,956

YouTube - 93,587,157

What more could you possibly expect? She’s debuting #1 almost everywhere a decade after her peak with a song with mild reception. Literally no other artist can hold a candle to her success right now and she’s in her fourth era :skull:

Oh sorry my mistake. I wasn't really wanted to say bad but I expected more units considering all of the records she broke. I'm sorry English is not my native language and if you read my entire post you'll knew that I wasn't really meaning her numbers were bad

500k in the current era is literally the equivalent of 1M+ in 2015.

She's not doing bad at all, it's just that the whole climax is low now in sales because of the streaming era.

Please, don't use Behzad Hudson as a receipt. It's some Katy Perry stan with poor math skills who always posts super inflated receipts. He claimed California Gurls was Diamond last year, but it's still barely at 9 million! :toofunny2:

For some reason atrl just decided that he is a reliable source :dies:

That's underwhelming, I recall WAP did over 650k...

WAP had website sales, bundles and pre-orders.

Now they’re not allowed anymore.

How much has digital sales dropped since 2015?

Hello’s 1,1 million back then was an absolute anomaly anyway, it doubled the previous record in an already brutally declining market so that really was unheard of.

Digital sales dropped by around 90% basically

Exactly

In 2020 digital sales went down drastically to the point there are songs that debut at one with 40k copies sold.

He claims that Rolling In The Deep has 16 million RIAA units so we're definitely not trusting

Thank heavens HDD and Billboard constantly prove him wrong by giving us the real numbers :foxaylove3:

WAP also had pre-orders.

6 YEARS AGO. How many times do y'all have to be reminded?

I think that RITD is 1.4X eligible. Uptown Funk is 1.8X but undercertified now > 5 yrs.  EDIT: RITD is at 1.26X. Heres a list. image0.png

I though RITD was 1.4X but this says 1.26X. So these totals may be off as well.
