Shame it's such an embarrassing song He can't tie that record. Feeling goes super recurrent (25/52) next week, unless it jumps into the top 25. Even if it gains, BB will make it a SRC, as BB did with Don't Let Me Down. However, JT did break PRA's record for the slowest descent from #1. JT has 51 descending weeks, while PRA had 48-49 weeks. That's a record I can't see any other song ever breaking, as long as BB keeps this stupid SRC policy.

Even worse, BB doesn't take SRC into consideration when compiling its all time charts. At least for now, PRA ranks ahead of UF for the 2010s. I've written Gary and Silvio twice about this discrepancy in RC/SRC rules, but I've yet to get a reply.
Pacaveli Posted May 12, 2017 Posted May 12, 2017 Closer by The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey is coming to archive (maybe even over than) 52 weeks in top 40, though. So you better mark my words then.

Plus The Chainsmokers are/where huge on streaming and in radio so you can't compare
