Dua Lipa(album) is a playlist not an album imo but fair ig. Her strategy is really good to gain maximum SPS

I've never heard of nr.7 before. Is it worth listening to?

Swifties are insufferable. Didn’t Taylor’s first or second album also have a lot of singles?

She doesn’t have to win everything.

Didn’t realize Annie Marie had that much streaming power with her debut.

Ari and Taylor :jonny5:Teenage Dream :jonny5:Future Nostalgia :jonny5:

I’m a relatively new Lipster (bought Future Nostalgia when it came out and have absolutely loved it, what is the opinion on DL1?)

It’s like Zara Larsson with a little bit of Meghan Trainor.

Tell me how many video singles they have quick. Both combined will have 12 equivalent to Dua's album.

Also, I am not complaining about singles.  I am saying her adding other songs to her album to increase it's SPS

Her collaborations dominated.
If Cardi, Selena, and Ariana put their collaborations on their albums Dua’s numbers wouldn’t be that impressive.
either way it is a big achievement even though Taylor’s numbers are the most impressive xoxo.

the one im really impressed w is billie. all of it is mostly solo material. and taylor too but we all know how powerful she was at peak.

im not hating but that 12 single run dua lipa has is pretty telling as to why she has that much streams, big loophole on the charts to add post album tracks on the album.

Some of these are not "albums" but okay

And Youtube streams are highly inflated so it shouldn't be weighed the same as Spotify

The maximum amount of singles she had ever released off a single album was seven, with both Red and 1989, and in both cases the “mv” was a tour video and were sent to radio and left to do their thing on their own, and to add to that Taylor has NEVER tacked a song that was never meant to be on any album, and always announces the tracklist in advance, even with the target editions that always get released on digital/streaming later, but still they’re apart of the album and not just added to inflate anything.

the only time she re-released an album was with Fearless (Platinum edition) which added 6 songs that didn’t make the cut on the original album.
