I've been quiet lately. I wanted to...observe the competition during last round and this round, so I took a step back from the drama...which was a positive for me as I landed in the top once more with Katy Perry; we decided to let our photos do the talking instead of reaching for something to tack alongside our entries.

 

For this episode, I chose Africa as my theme; I chose to partner with an animal for my photograph as it was so striking. Posing with the beautiful African Elephant was thrilling, but also very dangerous. The animal threw me off and I fractured my wrist, resulting in me submitting my photo late. The mammal represents a singular aspect that is so iconic and synonymous with Africa; the huge varieties of mammals that inhabit that country. We must do more to protect them and stop poachers.

Approached in a trip to the Alps, Brandi answers some burning questions related to this challenge.

 

I enjoyed this week's theme and I admit that it wasn't as difficult looking for pictures as it was the previous rounds. I'm a supermodel of the world and have traveled to every country and appropriated every culture under the sun I had a few suitable choices, including one that represented Brandi's Latin American heritage, but I ended up with a simple yet striking portrait of Egypt. 

 

I'm glad every continent was represented (minus Antartica ofc) and I love the pictures my Africa sisters Ebonee and Naomi sent. Some girls I wish would've came stronger but I'm pleased with the group overall.
