No, that would be an actual word. If it was* a nickname for a group, the first letter would be capitalised. #Grammar

Also, how would that make sense? :rip: BTS aren't the ones funding it, it's a small group of fans... You tried.

* If it were #Subjunctive Mood #Grammar.... You tried.

I presume because people don't feel like wasting thousands of dollars on a song, for literally no reason other than to manipulate a chart. :rip: Also, "you guys should just cheat too" isn't really the argument you think it is.

No one cares enough to actually purchase her song. It is fuelled by playlisting and radio payola.

It angers me so much ?

Butter was ahead on radio when it debuted (meaning they had a paid radio deal) and is nowhere to be found on Apple Music which isn't playlist run but still clinging to the top 50 on spotify which is TTH run...

You do realize Billboard doesn't care as long as BTS stans bring them clicks and views right? :dies:

What angers me is what could have been done with all this money they collected from stans. Why can't they make a fundraising for a good, serious cause instead? What is all of THIS for? It's completely beyond me.

The website sales are literally funded by a group of stans from outside the country, and purchased by a small group of fans in the country so that counts. It's a loophole. It's also fraudulently manipulating the chart. :toofunny3: Who are you trying to fool?

There is 0% chance that I would ever waste that much money purchasing a song over, and over, and over again for literally no reason. You have to be psychotic. :toofunny3:

We tried with Levitating and they blocked our purchases :cries:

You have other examples of fan groups funnelling in money from stans in other countries to this extent? Or Billboard turning a blind eye to it, because they make money off the clicks?

You've seen how horribly the song is performing on every metric. This is chart manipulation, and it's fraudulent. It's also totally dumb, but that's their personal problem they should probably work through.

Ok. I get that the chart is being manipulated by thousands Bts fans. But if Billboard, the official entity, has established the rules and allows this, who would you invest so much attention and time in calling Bts and the army “ frauds :juanny: “ everyday and in every thread? Move on. Olivia clearly doesn’t care why would you? This is really embarrassing. She already got the #1. Chill.

this is still going on strong :bibliahh:the haters won't give up but billboard won't care about them :dies:

So because these fans have found a loophole to game the system, and Billboard are too scared (or desperate for the engagement) to actually do anything about it, people shouldn't care about the chart being manipulated? :rip: Where is the logic?

This is a music forum and this is the chart section. Why wouldn't we be discussing this each week, as it continues unchecked?

These BTS fans money week per week are from outside the U.S. (Brazil, Asia, Puerto Rico, etc.)

Do you think that's representative of the US Sales?

Billboard are very dedicated to removing fradulent purchases - hence those sales were removed from Dua and she was denied the number one. The BTS sales are cleary organic and legal, otherwize they would not be counted.

The illusion that "BTS" has been accepted by the US / Western public.

Can guarantee you...the Grammys Awards discussion is next
