Ariana hasn’t had a flop era yet, why?

Recommended Posts

What is the reason. She also avoided the 4th album curse, with Sweetner instead giving her the footing to go into MPG territory

Dangerous Woman & Sweetener were mediocre eras.

NTLFTC, Side to Side and the rest of the singles didn’t smash.

Yours Truly wasn't really successful though

It was a great for a debut. The album went #1  and the lead was a cute top 10 :celestial5: it has many gems, tattooed heart, right there, baby I, honeymoon avenue

Not when compared to other debuts by other MPGs.

She’s too talented and authentic for a slip up :fan: and the haters in here trying to peg Yours Truly as some flop era are so wrong. Hit lead single (which went top 10) right out of the gate, moderately successful follow up single (which EVERYONE loves), the album debuted at #1, standing ovation (not many have that during their debut) at the AMAs, acclaimed album cuts, and the GP & fans agree that it’s one of her best albums. :cm:

Well, I kinda stan, but her album sales are typically pretty low despite the streaming powerhouse she is.

Yours Truly is kinda floppish but other than that she’s been very consistent :clap3:

She was the first female to debut with a #1 (15th of all time) straight off the bat since Kesha and sold 138k first week. In comparison Kesha did 152k with Animal

That wasn’t the case with Sweetener.

Yours Truly wasn't a big smash but it did pretty decent for a debut album, I'd say this was her "flop" era but it did get "The Way" so I can't label it a flop era.

She is just simply THAT girl. She is super talented, pretty, relatable and likeable. People wanna look like her, people admire her personality and admire her work of art and her crazy vocals. You simply can't go wrong with talent like that. She survived the 4th album curse, her 5th album was a smash album and on top of that her follow up album to the smash album is shaping up to be super successful too, not everybody can do that.

not people talking about quality lmao, she has only 2 decent albums and one that’s disjointed but still kinda enjoyable. She will flop especially since she’s so single driven
