but for example, Carrie Underwood's Storyteller sold 160k~ first week iirc & held on very well during her second week. It was #1 on iTunes etc, i thought her drop would be 20%-30%, since her 2nd week performance looked amazing. But ultimately it sold around 60k-70k~  .

I mean, nowadays stans buy their favs albums 1st week & everybody streams the record. And the example i gave is a country act. It was 2015, now we're in 2017. SPS makes a lot more sense now.

 

65k second week for Kendrick is a bit weak but i think he'll outperform again. If he can pull 80k+ pure sales it'll be amazing.
