Thinking Of You

I swear this would’ve been on the most stable Top 10 hits if it were released today

It fits right in the current climate

It's actually pretty retro lol. I think it doesn't stand a chance now of smashing for the same reasons as when it originally debuted. It's an awkward mix of radio pop and "rock" that I think doesn't draw people in enough. It might have been better if she just released a straight up Tame Impala or a full-on rock version.

It’s a **** song lol. Now that I think of it all her leads are rather terrible

I just don’t think radio or going listeners are into that sound from mainstream pop females. It didn’t work for Rated R or Plastic Hearts either. I think overall Joanne is underrated with that being said. It’s really a solid body of work.

No it would flop in any year with those grating scream vocals.

She shouldn’t have stolen it from legend Kevin Parker, he would’ve done it justice

I vividly recall Monsters claiming that the key change was innovative, as if there weren't at least five countries sending songs with a key change in the last chorus to Eurovision every damn year :deadbanana4: nevertheless, it's a great song!

No. I like it but, no. No. It is a difficult song for the public to digest, it would be a flop again today.

I like Perfect Illusion but it's the worst single choice of her entire career and killed the Joanne era on the spot.

A-YO isn't great but at least it's more commercial and exemplifies the album.

1. A-YO

2. Million Reasons

3. Dancin' In Circles (quick lil' feature remix)

A concept.
